Vitamin D Check – The Key to a "Calcium Shell"

Does your hair mineral analysis show extremely high calcium levels (Calcium Shell > 150 mg%)? This often doesn't mean you have "too much" calcium, but rather that it's being deposited in the tissues instead of the bones (calcific tendinitis of the shoulder, stiffness). The body is essentially building itself up.

Why the HMA isn't enough here: To break through this barrier, your body needs vitamin D – the "construction manager" that tells calcium where to go. Vitamin D isn't technically measurable in hair. This blood test is therefore essential alongside the HMA if calcium is high or magnesium is extremely low. Only when we know your 25-OH-D level can we get calcium utilization going again.
