How a hair mineral analysis changed my life
My journey from suffering to passion
Not some trendy diet, not eliminating a food group, or exercise—but my journey through hair mineral analysis—empowered me. The in-depth knowledge about the importance of minerals for our hormonal balance, our energy , and our personality , as well as the immersion in knowledge about female physiology, opened up a new world for me, which I now share with numerous women.
Finally understand what your body really needs.
Beyond standard blood tests and the jungle of dietary supplements.
What a hair mineral analysis reveals about your body
10 toxic (heavy) metals
Our bodies are constantly exposed to toxic metals that displace vital minerals and block their function.1 The insidious thing about this is that they accumulate unnoticed in tissues over years, can act as neurotoxins, and are often the undiscovered cause of chronic ailments.2
14 minerals and trace elements
Minerals and trace elements are the basis for all vital processes, but many cannot be reliably measured in the blood because they are stored intracellularly in tissues (organs, tissues, bones). Zinc, for example, is stored intracellularly to the tune of 85-90%.³,⁴,⁵ As the smallest and most powerful units in our body, they control everything: from hormones and immune responses to nerve communication.
Personal metabolic type
This provides information about the speed of your cellular energy production. Whether too fast (leading to nutrient deficiencies) or too slow (leading to deposits in tissues): Both extremes can promote chronic fatigue and premature aging.⁶
Psychological patterns
Your hair mineral analysis is more than just a nutrient profile; it's a reflection of your mental state. Certain mineral ratios provide precise information about the balance of your autonomic nervous system (sympathetic/parasympathetic).⁷ This reveals deep-seated patterns, the biochemical traces of past traumas, and the exact phase of your current stress response.⁸

Blood is for transport, tissue is for storage.
A blood test is merely a snapshot, artificially keeping your body stable. To prevent acute poisoning, it must immediately remove toxins from the blood into the tissues. But there, they don't remain inactive: they displace vital minerals, hinder nutrient absorption, block your energy production, and promote silent inflammation that leads to chronic fatigue. Hair mineral analysis looks precisely at this. It's the unchanging record of your cells and shows not what's flowing today, but rather the biochemical burden your body has been carrying for months.
Frequently Asked Questions
Process: How does the analysis and consultation work?
- Start: After payment is received, you will receive your test kit including instructions and the link to our detailed anamnesis questionnaire within approximately 3 days .
- Laboratory: Take a hair sample (it's very easy) and return it in the enclosed envelope. The laboratory analysis takes approximately 2 weeks from receipt.
- Expertise: Once the raw data is available, I need 1-2 weeks for the biochemical analysis and translation of your values.
- Consultation: We allocate approximately 45 minutes per analysis . This timeframe is deliberate: The amount of information is high. Experience tells me that after 45 minutes, your capacity to absorb information is exhausted – we want to create clarity, not overwhelm you with a "knowledge coma".
- Your plan: Based on the conversation, your lab results and your life situation, you will receive your personal roadmap (for at least 3 months) with specific recommendations on nutrition, lifestyle and supplements.
The test: How many hairs do I need, and is it noticeable?
Don't worry, you won't go bald.
- Amount: We need approximately 400 mg (about 1 heaped tablespoon).
- The ideal location: The sample is taken from the nape of the neck, directly at the scalp. Why there? Neck hairs grow most evenly and are protected from environmental influences by the top layer of hair – this provides the most stable and accurate results.
- The trick: Cut several small sections instead of one large strand. The top layer of hair will fall over them, so the removal remains completely invisible.
- Important: We strictly use only the first 2.5 cm directly at the root (representing your metabolism over the last 3 months). You must cut off and discard the rest of the strand. Old hair would distort the current result!
- Is your hair too short? Please don't resort to body hair too hastily! It's better to let the hair on the back of your neck grow out a bit, cut it off, and collect it over a few weeks until you have a spoonful.
Only in absolute emergencies: Underarm or pubic hair is possible (must be checked on the form!), but suboptimal . It grows extremely slowly, which is why the values are often outdated and more difficult to interpret. (No guarantee)
Quality: Can I use dyed hair?
Strict rules apply to ensure that the laboratory results are not falsified:
- Chemistry: The hair must not be dyed , bleached or permed (untreated roots are necessary).
- Cleanliness: The hair must be freshly washed and free of styling products (gel, spray, oil). The sample must be sent completely dry.
- Tools: Please use an old, clean pair of stainless steel scissors . Brand new scissors can release microscopic metal shavings that will distort the result.
- Packaging: Never wrap the hair in aluminum foil . Please only use the provided paper envelope.
Philosophy: Why am I looking at your whole life?
Lab results alone are often just "dead" data. The real magic happens when I put everything together : your biochemical values, your detailed medical history questionnaire, and the insights from our personal conversation.
Only when I know where you truly stand professionally, personally, and emotionally can I develop a plan that works. I'll observe your cooking habits, uncover hidden sources of pollutants in your home, and identify gaps in your healthcare.
My promise: I won't create a plan that overwhelms you. Your life should improve and feel easier through these measures, instead of becoming more stressful through complicated rules.
Which laboratory do you use and how accurate is the analysis?
We work with an ISO-certified specialist laboratory that operates precisely according to the ARL Gold Standard . This means:
- No chemical hair wash: We do not distort the results through pre-treatment.
- ICP-MS technology: We use mass spectrometry with 6,000 °C hot plasma. This method splits your sample into individual atoms and counts them.
- Maximum precision: We measure in the range of "parts per billion" (ppb). This is not an estimate, but an atomic fingerprint of your cellular memory.
Note: To protect our B2B partnerships, we do not name the laboratory, but guarantee certified quality according to ISO 9001 & 27001.
